Siy, head chef of Lolla in Ann Siang Hill, traces her love for food to her hometown in Dagupan, Pangasinan where she grew up with Filipino comfort cuisine. The accolade recognizes her excellent culinary skills in daily kitchen operations as well as her high standard for excellence throughout her career. Siy’s cuisine has been described as mindful, produce-driven and reflective of her culinary upbringing in modern European fine-dining. Previously a corporate brand-builder, she did a full 180-degree shift to follow her passion in the culinary world.
