Illogical limit

Devotees hear mass at the Plaza Miranda in front of the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo, Manila, during the last Friday mass for August. Archdiocese of Manila apostolic administrator Bishop Broderick Pabillo has urged authorities to ease the ten- percent limit to the number of people that can attend mass, noting that some businesses have been allowed a bigger capacity while churches are much bigger than restaurants hence the limit “does not sound logical.”
