Zamora, Bitanga acquire technology firm for P850 million

Businessmen Salvador Zamora and Benjamin Bitanga acquired 5G Security Inc.,  a fast-growing, technology-driven security solutions provider operating across the Philippines for P850 million.

Zamora and Bitanga and Menlo Capital Corp. acquired 5GS from Group 4 Securitas International B.V. and other shareholders last year.
