Viva Entertainment aims to continue providing top-notch entertainment with its partnership with the Kapatid Network, TV5.

“We’re very happy that Viva’s partnership with Cignal and TV5 has been going strong, given that our joint venture company, SSNI, is now in its 5th year. I guess what makes it fun working with the group is the collaborative nature of the relationship where each side has an equal say on the creative direction to take in every project,” Viva president and COO, Vincent del Rosario said.

First to emerge from this partnership are five new dynamic shows from CignalTV and SariSari produced by Viva from TV5.

Masked Singer Pilipinas, hosted by Billy Crawford, is set to premiere on Oct. 24 at 7:00 on primetime block. Based on the hit South Korean show and also adapted in the US, this show features performances of celebrity contestants concealed in masks and costumes.

Every week, our celebrity judges Cristine Reyes, Kim Molina, Matteo Guidicelli, and Aga Muhlach will give their ratings that could eliminate and unmask one of the highly confidential masked celebrity singers.

“We are very excited. We thank TV5 for opening its doors and windows for us. Let us enjoy this because there are really many exciting news to be offered by the network. This is just the beginning of many more shows,” Billy said during a virtual press conference for the weekend program.

In the same event, four other shows were introduced including Ghost Adventures, Bella Bandida, Kagat ng Dilim, and Onstage.

Ghost Adventures is a comedy-horror series airing on Oct. 31. It stars Benjie Paras, Empoy Marquez, and Kylie Verzosa.

Bella Bandida is the new superhero to promote women empowerment as she fights all kinds of injustices. Starring Ryza Cenon, the story is loosely based on Francisco V. Coching’s comic book of the same name. Bella Bandida premieres on Nov. 23.

Critically-acclaimed directors Richard Somes, Lawrence Fajardo, Paul Basinillo, and Rae Red are guaranteed to quench your thirst for some jump scare experiences with every dark tale that will feature Filipino folktales, myths, creatures and urban legends. Kagat ng Dilim also premieres on Nov. 23.

Lastly Onstage will allow viewers to relish the moments that made history on the concert scene. Some of the titles to look forward to are Anne Curtis’s Anne Kapal Forbidden Concert, Revolution: The JaDine Concert, The Crew: Billy Craword, Sam Concepcion and James Reid, Playlist, SiKat Ako: Katrina Velarde Concert, Martin & Side A, Martin Nievera 3D, Martin Nievera and Sarah Geronimo’s What Love Is?, and more Sarah G’s concerts, such as In Motion, The Next One, From The Top, and The Great Unknown.
