Nissan Philippines has firmly reiterated its dedication to advancing the electrification of the automotive sector in the country.

This commitment was convincingly restated at the 11th Philippines Electric Vehicle Summit held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City last month.

During the event, Nissan showcased the Nissan LEAF and the Nissan Kicks e-POWER, spotlighting the innovative technologies the company employs in the electrification of their vehicles. The Nissan LEAF specifically drew attention to its V2X technology, highlighting the bi-directional charging capabilities that allow the vehicle to discharge power to other sources.

The display of the Nissan Kicks e-POWER focused on elucidating the various components of the engine, showcasing the advantages of a hybrid EV. This serves as Nissan’s offering to those who prefer a gradual transition to owning a full EV.
