The Anti-Red Tape Authority said Monday it has resolved 14,108 complaints from 14,813 filed before the agency since its inception in 2018 to May 2023. This translated into 95.24-percent resolution rate.
ARTA director-general Ernesto Perez said the agency remained committed to working even harder to continuously enhance the resolution of the remaining issues.
“We are pleased to share with you that as of May 2023, we have achieved a closure rate of 95.24 percent for all the complaints we have received since our establishment,” he said at the recent general membership meeting of the German-Philippines Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
ARTA said to address the timely complaint resolution, it teamed up with the 8888 Citizen’s CCC of the Office of the President. Through the collaboration, any complaint or request received through various communications channels will be forwarded by 8888 CCC to the relevant government agency. It is expected that the agency will provide specific action within 72 hours.
