An upbeat FESSAP Team Philippines took part in the 20th ASEAN University Games, that opened hostilities on July 28, at the Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University in Thailand.
FESSAP Working Committee Chairman Robert Milton Calo led the opening parade for the Philippine Delegation as flag-bearer together with karate bronze medalist Roi Vergara, Head of Delegation Cecille Sarmiento.
FESSAP, in cooperation with the FESSAP State Universities and Colleges members, Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges, TUP, BPSU, PAGCOR, BESTANK, Henn Sports, PUBL, PUVL, BAP, PISCUAA, SCUAA, People’s Tonight, Manila Standard, TBL, MIKASA sports, and the Orienteering Philippines.
The FESSAP Basketball Team, represented by the Technological University of the Philippines, will play its first game tonight at 6 p.m. against Singapore.
