Alveo Land, the high-end residential brand of property developer Ayala Land Inc., expects to raise up to P9 billion in sales from a newly-launched upscale residential tower in the Makati central business District.
Alveo Land chief operating officer Rufino Gutierrez said in a news briefing the 35-story Parkford Suites Legaspi was the most expensive residential project that the group launched, with units being sold at P370,000 per square meter or P55 million each.
Parkford Suites Legazpi will rise at the corner of Gamboa and Salcedo Streets in Legazpi Village. The property is located right across Washington Sycip Park and Legazpi Active Park, two of Makati’s most verdant spaces.
Gutierrez said that as a prime residential tower, Parkford Suites Legazpi would have only 163 units with seven residences per typical floor. The residential tower will offer two- and three-bedroom units, with an average area size of 151 sq.m., larger than usual residential spaces in the city.
