Historic first

Lourdes Ody Arcasetas (third from right) takes her oath as the first ever woman Mayor of Nagcarlan, Laguna before Judge Maria Kristine Isabel Falgera Guirero on Monday, with her family members as witnesses. Arcasetas also revealed her 10-point program of government with tourism and health programs as priorities.
