Las Piñas City Mayor Mel Aguilar graces the training workshop on strengthening the city’s Barangay Anti- Drug Abuse Council with Vice Mayor Louie Bustamante and city councilors. DILG-NCR Regional Director Maria Lourdes Agustin delivered a message during the training, congratulating Las Piñas for being the first city to conduct the Badac-strengthening workshop.
