My honor

To be tattoed by the centenarian Apo Whang-Od, known as the ‘Last Mambabatok’— traditional Kalinga tattoist—is indeed my honor, says Senator JV Ejercito as he is marked by Whang-Od, conferred with the Dangal ng Haraya Lifetime Achievement Award by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts for her invaluable contribution in raising and promoting Kalinga culture.
