Alveo Land, a unit of property developer Ayala Land Inc., plans to launch P40 billion worth of residential and office projects this year, a top executive said.
Alveo Land president Jennylle Tupaz said the group would offer 5,000 units this year from nine projects across Makati, Bonifacio Global City, Pampanga, Laguna, Cavite and Davao.
She said the nine projects would include seven residential developments, comprising of residential lots and condominiums, and two office-for-sale projects.
“Alveo will continue to strengthen its presence in major growth centers and in Ayala Land estates. We are expanding our footprint across the nation as we venture into new territories, and launch more compelling formats capitalizing on the synergies within the Ayala group,” Tupaz said.
The company will expand its presence in Alabang and Cavite in the south, Bulacan in the north and Cagayan De Oro in Mindanao in 2017, after making eight land acquisitions last year.
Tupaz said with the planned launches this year, Alveo Land was expected to register P45 billion in reservation sales in 2017, up from P38 billion in 2016.
