(HII) to manage the Serviced Residence feature of two of the high-rise towers within the compound – Ibiza Tower and Seville Residences. The Serviced Residence Program gives people the opportunity to experience the accommodations and amenities at Circulo Verde without having to own a unit. In addition, it would also offer perks that go beyond conventional leasing options to investors while allowing them to generate more revenue.
