AACI and Shell Pilipinas Corporation partner to provide safer and smoother travels for Shell Go+ members

Shell Pilipinas Corporation has joined forces with AACI (Assist and Assistance Concept Inc.), a business division of MPT Mobility, to offer 24/7 nationwide towing and minor roadside assistance to Shell Go+ members. This partnership aims to enhance road safety and security for motorists driving through national roads and highways in the Philippines.

AACI, through MPT Mobility’s smart mobility solutions, is dedicated to elevating the driving experience by providing roadside solutions, travel assistance, and medical aid. By partnering with AACI, Shell Philippines aims to offer its customers a better on-road experience, ensuring worry-free travel with convenient and reliable emergency roadside assistance solutions.

Shell Go+ members will have access to AACI’s round-the-clock emergency hotlines manned by highly trained technical coordinators. Services include hassle-free roadside assistance and minor on-site repairs such as battery boosting, tire changes, and fuel delivery. In the case of towing needs, AACI will dispatch tow trucks or mechanics and provide end-to-end monitoring until the vehicle is safely delivered to a service center. Crane services will also be available for recovering vehicles from ditches.

Qualified Shell Go+ members with Class 1 and 2 vehicles, including vans, light-duty reconditioned vehicles, and 4-wheeled cars for hire, can enjoy these benefits.
