Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) celebrated the exceptional performance of its dealer network in 2023 during the Toyota Dealer Awards, held as part of the company’s annual Dealer Conference. The event recognized the top-performing outlets and highlighted their crucial role in TMP’s achievement of its 22nd Consecutive Triple Crown, securing the number one position in passenger car sales, commercial vehicle sales, and overall sales. TMP expressed gratitude to the dealers for their dedication in meeting the mobility needs of customers, which resulted in surpassing 200,000 vehicle sales last year.
TMP recognized the outstanding achievements of several dealers during the awards ceremony. In the Large Business Division, Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. received the President’s Award of Excellence, while Toyota North EDSA and Toyota Subic, Inc. were honored in the Medium Business and Small Business Divisions, respectively. Toyota Marilao, Bulacan, Inc. also received the President’s Customer Satisfaction Cup of Excellence, and Toyota Balintawak, Inc. was presented with the President’s Value Chain Award of Excellence.
In addition to these major awards, TMP acknowledged recipients of the Toyota Dealer Achievement Award for Overall Performance, the Toyota Dealer Award of Excellence, and other special awards. Newly appointed TMP President Masando Hashimoto commended the commitment of Team Toyota Philippines in promoting mobility for all and expressed confidence in their ability to shape and create the future of mobility in the Philippines.
TMP also celebrated the exceptional contributions of its Marketing Professionals (MPs) and Service Advisors (SAs) who played a significant role in achieving TMP’s milestones. The top-performing MPs and SAs were honored with the Toyota Outstanding Performers in Sales and Service (TOPS) awards. Among the achievers were Pamela Jaloro Santos of Toyota Valenzuela, Inc., who received the TOPS Finest Marketing Professional of the Year award, Rodrigo Calimlim Bauzon of Toyota Dagupan, who was recognized as the TOPS Finest General Job Service Advisor of the Year, and Shala Boquirin Suan of Toyota Pasig, who received the TOPS Finest Body and Paint Service Advisor of the Year award.
