Filipino fashion designer Kenneth Barlis has officially opened his new store in Los Angeles, featuring his line of intricately designed wedding gowns.
Located in the fashion district in Downtown Los Angeles, customers can now peruse Barlis’ collection of wedding gowns and find the perfect one for their wedding day.
Barlis established his brand in 2012 and has been creating evening gowns with contemporary designs. His first bridal collection was unveiled in 2019.
Much of his work, which goes beyond wedding gowns, has been worn by musicians, influencers, and celebrities in red carpets, magazine covers, concerts, and music videos. Notable figures who have worn his designs are singer Alicia Keys, rapper Offset, actor Ke Huy Quan, singer and influencer Bella Poarch, actor and comedian Nico Santos, and many others.
In 2021, Barlis joined the 19th season of the design competition “Project Runway,” as one of the contestants who were competing for the title of “the next great American designer.” He placed 14 out of the 16 contestants.
Apart from his new store in Los Angeles, customers can also find Barlis’ collections in San Diego, California.
