Philippines Airlines, the heart of the Filipino, pulled a getaway surprise that delighted fans and passengers alike, when on March 1, 2024, all PAL flights bound for Singapore included complementary friendship bracelets bearing FLYPAL as its message.
The gesture was met with collective joy, with PAL passengers happily reposting the bracelet on their social media and tagging the flag carrier in appreciation.
The said accessory is a hallmark of the Swiftie fandom, with fans creating their own adornments after the singer’s songs or lyrics, and proudly wearing and trading them during her concerts.
It is estimated that 300,000 tourists will be flocking to the city state of Singapore for the sold-out, 6-day whirlwind tour of Taylor Swift.
