THE 1st Philippine Women’s University Alumni Association Golf Tournament will kick off today at the Ayala Greenfield Golf and Leisure Club in Calamba, Laguna, with over 144 golfers expected to tee off.
PWU alumna Rosario “Charing” Villar, one of the founders of the Women’s Golf Association of the Philippines, PWUAA president Vicky A. Sales, and PWU president Dr. J. Francisco Benitez will do the ceremonial tee-off.

The tournament was organized by PWU alumnae Marisol Tugade and Sylvia Lina. Registration starts at 6 a.m. and tee-off is at 8 a.m.
