WORLD Boxing Organization International light welterweight champion Jason Pagara will headline the “Pinoy Pride” fight card in Dubai on June 20.

ALA Promotions president Michael Aldeguer told the Manila Standard that an opponent hasn’t been confirmed as yet, but they are “trying to put everything together so we can announce it by the end of the week.”

The 25-year-old Pagara, who has a record of 32-2 with 19 knockouts, is coming off a 10-round unanimous decision over Vladimir Baez (19-1-2, 17 KOs) of the Dominican Republic last Nov. 30.

Also on the blockbuster card, which will be staged in cooperation with ABS-CBN, will be undefeated WBO Intercontinental super bantamweight champion Genesis “Azukal” Servania (24-0, 10 KO’s) and two-time world title challenger AJ “Bazooka” Banal, the 25-year-old southpaw with a record of 30-2-1 with 21 knockouts.

Servania scored a rousing 12th round TKO in his last title defense against former two-time world super flyweight champion Alexander Munoz of Venezuela last March 1, while Banal is coming off a 10-round unanimous decision over Manuel Gonzalez Garcia of the Dominican Republic last Nov. 30.
