That was Andrea Brillantes’s quick answer when asked by Brilliant Skin CEO Glenda Victorio how she felt when she made an appearance at the recently concluded Brilliant Skin Awards.
The Senior High star was part of the opening production of the awards night, during which she called Miss Glenda on stage after her explosive performances.
The question hinted that the brand CEO was asking the Kapamilya young star about her involvement in the most talked-about split of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, who called it quits after 11 years of being in a relationship. Neither Kathryn nor Daniel spoke up about the reason for their split.
Meanwhile, Andrea remained silent on the issue and instead shared that she’s focused on self-growth and healing in 2024.
“I’m wrapping it up, happy, and you know, all the things I’ve learned I will bring to 2024. I will start 2024 fresh and new,” Andrea said. “I don’t expect too much anymore. Just growth, healing, just to be better.”
In an earlier interview, Andrea revealed her plans for Christmas. “I’m going to make up for it by spending time with my family. I haven’t had the chance to spend time with them yet because I’ve been busy with work.”
“I’m happy because my family is healthy, and we are doing well. Maybe my Christmas wish would be to learn how to drive,” she continued.
Meanwhile, the Brilliant Skin Awards gave out “top” awards as Live Streamer, Digital Marketplace Trailblazer, E-Commerce Excellence, Rising Star in Outstanding Achievement, Exceptional Leadership in Network Growth, and Team Player Extraordinaire, with winners from various regions.
Some of the performers were KZ Tandingan, Kean Cipriano’s band, Juan Karlos, Jackie Gonzaga, Kyle Echarri, Jason Dy, and Paulo Avelino. Korina Sanchez also made an appearance and praised Miss Glenda’s journey and their pre-pandemic partnership, emphasizing generosity and diligence.
The highlight of the event included Miss Glenda awarding Top Regional Franchisees, introducing Alden Richards as the new face of the brand, and Shen Garcia as COO.
