As another year rolls in, action-drama actress Andrea Torres treats her loyal fans to a sexy 2019 calendar she personally produced in collaboration with photographer Jay Tablante.
Featuring a series of her sultry candid photos, the desk calendar is one of Andrea’s ways of showing her gratefulness to everyone who supported her.
“This is my way of saying thank you to my fans to show them how grateful I am for their love and unparalleled support. It’s a desk calendar with12 selected pictures for each month of the year. The previous one that we released was just a big poster. So this year is something different,,” she shared.
The shoot itself was a breeze for Andrea and she had a lot of fun with it. “It was easy for me because I worked with people that I have been collaborating with for years now—Jay Tablante and Nikki Duque. They’re my favorites for a reason. We are very open in terms of sharing our ideas. Para lang kaming nag-play shoot to be honest. It was a breeze.”
Andrea also made sure that each photo was a reflection of her personality. She also added that she worked hard to achieve her desired figure, which she proudly flaunted in the calendar.
“We wanted candid shots that would showcase my personality. I also requested not to edit the photos because I want each picture to remind me of my hard work and preparation for the calendar shoot.”
Andrea started her career in GMA via the now-defunct youth-oriented magazine show, Ka-Blog!. She was also part of some drama and hit movies such as You To Me Are Everything, a Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera starrer, and Shake, Rattle & Roll X.
This year, fans of Andrea can expect new and more exciting projects from the Kapuso actress. She is regularly seen on the country’s longest-running and multi-awarded gag show, Bubble Gang, which she’s a part of since 2012.
“We always aim to surprise people with the roles that I do. As much as possible, gusto ko iba lagi yung roles na ginagawa ko. Dapat hindi matigil ‘yung process ng pag-discover mo sa sarili mo at mga talents mo,” she said.
The calendar is now on sale at www.materica.store. It comes with full-color pages and a hard cover stand.
