People…are talking about

Morrisette Amon

Before the year ends, people will see this young singer, whose talent is worthy of international recognition, as part of a talent show that will air across the region. Morissette has been selected to be the co-host of Grammy winner Michael Bolton for the American singer’s upcoming show, Bolt of Talent. The show has just started taping in Manila, and as expected, Morissette is getting all the attention.

Liza Soberano

Her social media post over the weekend angered the rabid fans of the K-Pop group BTS. And instead of explaining herself, the cultured young actress just used sarcasm, in another post, to show she has no plans stooping down to their level. Obviously, Liza knows that arguing with obsessive fans is useless and just a complete waste of time.

Mocha Uson

Her appointment as the assistant secretary of PCCO escalated too quickly with people questioning her eligibility and capacity to perform the job. Just like what happened in her previous appointment, she’s being hit too hard over this so-called “job promotion” calling it a big joke. If that so, why can’t someone come forward, present himself, and prove he’s better than the sexy singer turned blogger. The problem with a lot of people, they whine too much on social media but they don’t make any solid action to change the status quo.

People…are not talking about

Lani Mercado

So, she wanted to be the first to drop the bomb, which many have been waiting for decades to happen. Whoever maintains her Twitter account should be fired right away not just for delivering fake news, but for being the first to do so. Lani and her team should channel their energy on better things rather than being active on social media. Perhaps it’s about time she proves that she’s worthy of the award “Most Outstanding Mayor for 2017” by showing us concrete proof.

Daniel Padilla

His lackluster performance at the annual Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant almost two weeks ago is still an issue. First, a washed-up singer stated something that hurt the fans of the wannabe singer.  Then, his mother has been all over social media to defend the young star who apparently refuses to believe that singing is really a form art.

Tito Sotto

People just wanted him to apologize, even insincerely. But by the looks of it and based on how he deals with his issues, that will never happen. So to appease the people and manage the growing disgust toward the Senator, his relatives have been trying to publicly apologize on his behalf. Truth is, we’ve seen him many times doing even worse. His being a TV host while being a politician is just one.
