SB19’s Felip teases MV of upcoming single ‘Fake Faces’

Felip, also known as Ken from Filipino boy band SB19, has revealed a short teaser for the music video of his upcoming single, “Fake Faces.”

In the teaser shared with his fans on social media pages, Felip can be seen in an all-black outfit while walking on gravel as he sings. The short clip also gives a sneak peek of the song, which takes on a pop-rock vibe.

Fans expressed their support and excitement for the upcoming single and its music video’s release as “Fake Faces Come and Go” trended on X.

Like most of his fellow SB19 members like Pablo, Josh, and Justin, Felip has been releasing his own solo music. His debut solo single was “Palayo,” which he first performed during the group’s second online concert Back in the Zone in 2021.

He released his debut solo extended play COM • PLEX in February 2023 under Warner Music Philippines. It had six songs which were “ROCKSTA,” “SUPERIORITY,” “MICTEST, “DRINKSMOKE,” “CRIMINAL,” and “STRAYDOGS.” The EP notably included songs that had some lyrics in the Cebuano language.

The singer-songwriter had also recently released two songs with alternative hip-hop group PLAYERTWO which were “Pagdali” and “FLYYY.”

The music video for “Fake Faces” premieres on April 5.
