For a long time now, Shaina Magdayao’s love life is silent. According to the 33-year-old Kapamilya actress, she has told herself many times that she’s ready to fall in love again but it always gets delayed or interrupted.

“All my plans don’t just push through,” she said in a recent interview.

Personally, Shaina set 30 years old as her ideal marrying age, “But as you can see, I’m 33 now. Perhaps, I still have lots of unfinished tasks.”

When she exited Ang Probinsyano before, the actress thought that she could already focus on her love life.

“That’s what I thought. That I would have the time to go out and mingle with people. But as I’ve said, it always gets interrupted. It’s not that it’s on pause but I guess, I still have things to do. But definitely, we’ll get there,” she stated in an optimistic tone.

In the same interview, Shaina admitted that she is not dating someone at this point.

“When I was younger, I told myself that I didn’t want to have any distractions. But I guess, if it’s the right person, he won’t be a distraction but an inspiration for me to become a better person in all aspects of my life,” Shaina said.

If ever she would plunge into a new relationship, the actress said that the public will know.

“I have nothing to hide. Everything that’s happening in my life, I’m open about it. So, the time will come when I can tell you about it. At the moment, there’s no specific person yet,” she ended.

Dimples Romana has an interesting story when she recently attended the premiere night of My Father, Myself in which she’s part of the cast. The movie, which is an entry to the ongoing 48th Metro Manila Film Festival is produced by 3:16 Media Network and Mentorque Productions and is under the helm of award-winning director Joel Lamangan.

According to Dimples, she felt uneasy and nervous when she was at the venue. It was her first time attending a grand showbiz event once again where there are lots of people. After the red carpet, she apologized to everybody for being a bit evasive and for wearing a face mask since she is still being careful not to contract COVID-19.

“It’s my first time attending a full-blown showbiz function once again. I’m still afraid of COVID. As you all know, I have a baby at home. I have to be careful. Just to make sure,” she went on.

“It’s still different when you’re cautious. That’s why I put on my mask as much as possible. While watching the movie, I still had it on,” she added.

But Dimples is happy to show her support for My Father, Myself being a cast member. And she’s humbled by the positive feedback the film gets.

“I really hope that the viewing public will support our offering!” Dimples concluded.
