Cebu Holdings Inc., an affiliate of Ayala Land Inc. has a new president, Aniceto V. Bisnar, replacing Francis O. Monera, who served as director and president of the company for 8 years.

Cebu Property Ventures, the owner and developer of the Cebu IT Park, which is also owned by the Ayala group, likewise appointed Bisnar as president and director.
Bisnar used to be the vice president of Ayala Land, Inc.’s Visayas-Mindanao Group.
He was formerly head of the Commercial Operations of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation which developed Bonifacio Global City, and was a Director of Bonifacio Estates Services Corp., Bonifacio Water Corp., Bonifacio Transport Corp., Bonifacio Gas, Inc., Bonifacio Global Estates Association, and Bonifacio Arts Foundation, Inc.
