Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance and will be offered until February 12, 2022.

Chinese New Year Feasts Set Menus

Jasmine highlights its premium Chinese cuisine befitting Lunar New Year celebrations. Two set menus offer dishes that signify prosperity, longevity and happiness for the coming year. Set Menu 1 starts with the Salmon Yu Sheng salad, also known as the Prosperity Salad, followed by Imperial Peking duck (half) served the traditional way, chicken asparagus soup, pan-fried garoupa fillet with chili, garlic and coconut sauce, wok-fried beef tenderloin in XO sauce, deep-fried spare ribs with cantaloupe and sweet and sour sauce, Peking duck served the second way, and seafood fried rice with salted fish. The meal is concluded by three desserts – glutinous rice dumpling with milk chocolate, dark sugar coconut sticky rice cake, and mango cream sago.

Set Menu 2 also begins with the Prosperity Salad and features the suckling pig barbecue combination platter, roasted duck (half), assorted seafood conpoy bamboo pith soup, steamed garoupa fillet with bean curd, garlic and vermicelli, wok-fried scallops with chicken and XO chili sauce, deep-fried spare ribs with crispy garlic and stir-fried noodle with beef fillet and bean sprout, followed by desserts steamed milky egg cream piggy buns, dark sugar coconut sticky rice cake, and mango cream pomelo.

An a la carte selection of best-selling items will also be available under the Chef’s Recommendations menu, which includes the Salmon Yu Sheng salad, braised baby abalone with Chinese mushroom, wok-fried prawn with chili, garlic and coconut sauce, scallop with broccoli and XO sauce, braised seafood with cucumber and sea moss, wok-fried prawn with celery, pan-fried garoupa fillet with chili, garlic and coconut sauce, and “Fujian” style stir-fried misua.

All You Can Eat Dim Sum

Jasmine’s sought after all-you-can-eat dim sum will be on offer as well, featuring all of the restaurant’s well-loved dishes such as crispy pork belly, “har gao” shrimp with bamboo shoot dumpling, “xiao long bao” Shanghainese pork dumpling, “siu mai” pork and dried scallop, seafood taro puff, seafood cheese net spring roll, and barbecued pork pastry puff, among others.

Set Menus 1 and 2 are offered at P8,888 nett per table of four guests. Vegetarian set menus are also available. The All-You-Can Eat Dim Sum is priced at P1,688 nett per person.

Celebrations at Home

Guests can likewise celebrate in the comfort and safety of their homes. For a minimum of ten guests, the Celebrations at Home package consists of ten of Jasmine’s signature dishes from Imperial Peking duck, braised abalone mushroom with shiitake mushroom and premium oyster sauce, wok-fried shrimp with pacific clam and broccoli, fried garoupa fillet with chili and coconut sauce, baked pork spare ribs with dried chili, black beans and harbor style, yeung chow fried rice, and more, as well as desserts – chilled mango cream sago and glutinous dumpling with milk chocolate and peanut. The meal also includes Jasmine or oolong tea.
