The scare raised by COVID-19 despite, 220 couples exchange marital vows in Bacolod at a ‘mask’ mass wedding Thursday solemnized by Mayor Evelio Leonardia, with the City Health Office requiring the couples to fill out Health Declaration forms, declaring their health status during the past 14 days.
