Pump prices of petroleum products are expected to go down by Tuesday, projections by Unioil Petroleum Philippines showed.
In its fuel price forecast for the trading week for November 23 to 29, Unioil said the price per liter of diesel may go down by P1.10 to P1.20.
Gasoline prices, meanwhile, may decrease by P0.90 to P1.00 per liter, it added.
Oil companies usually announce fuel price adjustments every Monday, to take effect on the following morning.
Effective November 16, fuel firms decreased prices by P0.90 per liter for gasoline, while diesel price remained steady.
Year-to-date adjustments stand at a total net increase of P20.05 per liter for gasoline and P17.50 per liter for diesel.
