Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald dela Rosa presented today the alleged revolutionary tax collector of the New People's Army (NPA) in Bulacan.
Suspect Donato Jacob was shown in a press briefing at the PNP Headquarters in Camp Crame today.
Dela Rosa said Jacob heads a propaganda unit of the communist organization.
Jacob was nabbed in Obando last Saturday.
He is facing charges for kidnapping and robbery.

PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group member Superintendent Arthur Masungsong was previously killed in the operation that rescued the kidnap victim from the rebels.
The warrant of arrest for Jacob was issued by the Malolos Regional Trial Court (RTC).
