Senator Antonio Trillanes has filed multiple criminal and administrative complaints against Senator Richard Gordon at the Ombudsman.

The charges include plunder, graft, malversation of public funds and violation of the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Government Officials.

Trillanes alleges Gordon had given his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) worth P 193 million to the Philippine National Red Cross from 2004 to 2011.

At that time, Gordon was supposedly also serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the charity organization.

Trillanes says the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) was used as conduit that enabled Red Cross to get hold of Gordon's pork barrel.

Trillanes claims Gordon had used the money to fund his presidential candidacy in 2010 and during the senatorial campaign in 2013.
