Airshow marks PH-South Korea Friendship Day

THE Philippine Air Force (PAF) and the Republic of Korea Air Force
(ROKAF) are set to take to the skies to celebrate the 75th anniversary of bilateral relations  through an exhibition dubbed “Black Eagles Airshow and Friendship Flight.”

The affair will be held March 3-5 at Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Highlighting the event will be an awe-inspiring aerial display by the renowned Black Eagles aerobatic team from South Korea.

They will showcase their breath-taking skills and precision flights with captivating maneuvers throughout the three-day event.

On March 3, a special Friendship Flight takes off, featuring Filipino Air Force pilots flying FA-50s, alongside their counterparts from the Black Eagles flying T-50Bs in a joint display of showmanship and precision.

Philippines Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr., is expected to attend the said event as guest of honor and speaker.

The event will be open to the public on March 4 and 5, with limited slots available.
