Needy Balanga folk get cash aid before New Year

Through the initiative of Mayor Francis Garcia and Vice Mayor Vianca Venzon-Gozon, 968 DOLE  Tupad Program beneficiaries mostly fisherfolks and farmers got their wages for ten days before new year.

Balanga Agriculture Office said beneficiaries coming from various barangays each earned P4,500  wage.

The fund came from the Office of Bataan 2nd District Congressman Abet Garcia. The congressman has been continuously supporting the city.

The Tupad program was conducted in the city in coordination with Balanga PESO and Balanga Agriculture Office.

Beneficiaries thanked Mayor Garcia and Vice Mayor Gozon, and Cong. Garcia for the program especially that they received their wages in time for New Year celebration.
