Adapting to what they call “new normal,” Megamall makes dining, as well as shopping, easier with its new services.
Mega To-Go makes it possible for customers to have their favorite dishes delivered right to their doorstep with just a phone call.
Customers may have Vikings’ feasts; well-loved Filipino dishes from Abe, Gerry’s Grill, and Sizzlin’ Steak; as well as rich Asian flavors from Tim Ho Wan, Lugang Café, Tuan Tuan, Banh Mi Kitchen, Soban, Botejyu, Dohtonbori, and Teriyaki Boy; and Gram’s Instagram-famous jiggly Japanese Souffle Pancakes delivered and enjoyed at home.
Also included in the Mega To-Go service are delectable baked goods from Cinnabon, Cupcakes by Sonja, French Baker, and Red Ribbon, as well as Merry Moo’s tasty artisanal ice cream, Tiger Sugar’s Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Seattle’s Best Coffee’s beverages.
The three-step ordering process starts with browsing the restaurant guide posted in SM Megamall’s Facebook, Instagram, and SM Viber Community. After selecting their orders, the customer needs to directly call to order and pay the restaurant. Once settled, SM Megamall’s partner courier will deliver the items to the customer’s home.
Mega Pick-up, on the other hand, offers curbside pickup by car or by foot at Mega B, J. Vargas Entrance.
Other SM Megamall restaurants are open for take-out as well as delivery via GrabFood, foodpanda, and LalaFood.
Other food items available for delivery are Din Tai Fung’s Taiwanese dumplings and noodles; 8Cuts and Shake Shack burgers; Pizza Express or Sbarro’s signature pizzas; chicken dishes from Panda Express, Bad Bird, Buffalo Wings N’ Things, Kenny Rogers, and Wendy’s.
Auntie Anne’s hand-baked pretzels, Caramia and Tous Les Jours cakes, donuts from J. Co or Krispy Kreme, coffee from Starbucks are also available for take-out and delivery.
Finally, Megamall also launches Mega Shopper, a personal shopper service powered by MyKuya App. Customers can find the Mega Shopper icon in the MyKuya App when they input Mandaluyong City, San Juan City, or Ortigas as their location.
To use, customers need to enter the details and duration of the task, they will then be matched with their own Mega Shopper for easy and quick coordination on their order list. Delivery fees depend on the duration of the task.
The Mega Shopper can purchase food from any of the open restaurants in the mall, as well as essentials from Ace Hardware, GNC, Pet Express, SM Supermarket, Surplus Shop, The Body Shop, Watsons, and Wonderbake; or run errands at BDO, Chinabank, and Johnny Air.
