Looking for ways to productively pass the time?
Globe Telecom’s lifestyle label 0917, in partnership with Globe Studios and Wonder, launches a series of online classes and talks covering topics from art and film to self-care and mental health.
Viewers can stream the online learning series, dubbed Creative Xchange, on May 5-8. It features workshops and discussions to keep creativity flowing. There will also be a talk on stress management to give viewers moments to reflect and check up on their emotional health and well-being.
“With the extended lockdown, more Filipinos have become restless and uninspired given the lack of social interaction,” said 0917 acting head Beng Ochoa. “At 0917, we want to provide an outlet for anyone seeking a creative refuge within their homes, to help them cope during times of isolation.”
Speakers and experts from different industries will lead the creative sessions to talk about their passions and expertise. This will be followed by Q&A to allow viewers to interact with the speakers.

• Carl Jan Cruz (fashion designer) – “Creation in Fashion and Fashion Design” on May 5
• Jade Castro (director) – “Film and Video Content” on May 6
• AJ Dimarucot (graphic designer and illustrator) – “Creativity in Uncertainty” on May 7
• Kimi Lu (life and corporate coach) – “Managing Stress and Anxiety through Creative Visualization” on May 8
The series is hosted by Globe Studios head Quark Henares and Wonder.ph business head and editor Sarah Santiago.
