Lobsters, Iberico pork loin take center stage in Xin Tian Di’s new menu

Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila’s Chinese restaurant Xin Tian Di introduces a new and improved menu featuring premium ingredients. 

The new creations of Chef Peter Yeung reflect the restaurant’s commitment to a modern approach to Chinese cuisine. The latest additions to the menu include Butter Garlic Salted Egg Lobster, Wok Fried Spain Iberico Pork Loin in Chinese vinegar and honey dressing, and Steamed Lobster Dumpling with Black Truffle.

Xin Tian Di’s famous Wood-Oven Roasted Peking Duck is also available. To cap off the meal, special desserts on offer include the new Sweet Black and White Sesame Tea with Tong Yuen Dumpling and the must-try Buchi Surprise.

“The plan is to be able to come up with new fusion dishes quarterly, but still make sure that the all-time favorites are present without compromising on the quality of our food,” said Gibeth Gloria, Xin Tian Di’s executive assistant manager.
