Resbakuna kids have more fun at Skyranch

Good health and great fun merged when total of 180 kids aged 5 to 11 recently received their first shot of Pfizer vaccines at Skyranch in Tagaytay City, Cavite. Skyranch, which was selected by the Department of Health (DOH) as one of the launching sites of the government’s nationwide Resbakuna Kids simultaneous immunization program.

With the Skyranch and its rides, attractions, and open spaces as a backdrop, the program became an exciting event for the SuperKids.

Some came dressed as their favorite cartoon characters as they bravely got their jabs and were rewarded with treats, gift packs, and free rides at the park. They also found new friends as Skyranch mascots played and posed with the kids to keep them entertained.

In this joint partnership with the Tagaytay City Government, DOH, and SM – Skyranch, SM guaranteed that safety and health protocols were followed during the pediatric vaccination.

The launching ceremony was graced by Health Undersecretary Dr. Roger Tong-An, DOH Assistant Regional Director Leda Hernandez, Tagaytay City Vice Mayor Reymond Ambion, Tagaytay City Councilor Athena Tolentino, Congressional candidate Aniela Tolentino, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Nelson Soriano, Tagaytay City Health Officer Dr. Liza Capupus, Provincial HealthvTeam Leader Dr. Armida Camposagrado, and SM Operations Assistant Vice-President Lorenzo Calingasan IV.
