The released guidelines from the Caloocan LGU advises the public, especially pet owners, to be mindful of their fur babies as loud noises from fireworks can be distressing for some pets. Opt for quieter celebrations and bring furry friends indoors if possible.
Moreover, the guidelines also instruct the public to avoid picking up unexploded fireworks, leave them undisturbed, and report them to the authorities.
