The Tau Gamma Phi K.K.K. Community Chapter South Caloocan Council recently held a successful “OPLAN TULI” for boys in the city.
About 250 young boys benefitted from the free circumcision on April 17, Easter Sunday, at the covered court of Barangay 150, Bagong Barrio Caloocan City.
Circumcision is a traditional way of welcoming boys to adolescence, to help them before entering their puberty. Jun David
