The Caloocan City, through the City Social Welfare Development Department (CSWDD), conducted reach-out operations and deployed several social workers along EDSA and LRT-Monumento to rescue individuals, provide them hot meals, escort them back to their respective hometowns or place them in a city-operated shelter.

In line with this, Mayor Along committed to continuously conduct reach-out operations in various areas in the city, helping street dwellers and troubled juveniles return to their homes or be rehabilitated.

Ang direktiba natin, sa Caloocan, wala tayong iiwanan,” the Mayor said.
