Damosa Land recently inaugurated its newest luxury residential offering Harbor View Estates, located within the marina lifestyle community Bridgeport in Samal Island. Inspired by the East Coast Hampton architectural style in the US, Harbor View Estates is an open-lot subdivision that extends inward from the coast of Samal. “It’s just been a year and we’re already set,” said Damosa Land President Ricardo “Cary” Lagdameo (Shown in photo). “Harbor View Estates does not only offer a picturesque marina community where families can find their second home but also an investment opportunity within an up-and-coming location that is accessible to the city – promoting a balance of work, life, and leisure.” Just a week ago, Damosa Land also hosted an open house in Bridgeport Park, not too far away from HVE. Bridgeport Park is a four-building condominium project, with each building composed of four stories, that is complemented by 18,000 square meters of open spaces allotted for parks, playgrounds, and recreational areas that feature a scenic view of the Davao Gulf and Mt. Apo. Launched in 2022, Bridgeport is a premium 13-hectare low density mixed-use development.
