The construction for Century Properties’ maiden project at Acqua, Century Nuliv Townvillas went underway recently.
The ceremony was led by Century Nuliv President Monica L. Trajano; CPG Sales Operations Management Group Head Malvin C. Landicho; CPG Design Manager Arch. Jennifer S. Maglaqui; CPG AVP Design Innovation Group Arch. Anna O. Castillo; CPG VP Project Management Group Engr. Larry A. Reyes; Consultant Arch. Brian P. Mangio; and CPG International Sales Operations Head Sonny M. Mendiola.
The townvillas are located within the Acqua Private Residences community at the foot of the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge in Mandaluyong City.
The soon-to-rise development offers two configurations: the Rhine (three-storeys; 227 sqm ave.) and Seine (four-storeys; 312 sqm ave.). The homes will feature glass balconies, high ceilings, and wide windows to let in natural light.
Century Nuliv plans to bring its concept to key cities outside of the Metro with the Townvillas at Azure North in San Fernando, Pampanga, set to launch soon
