Laguna-based property developer P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Realty recently launched their most recent community: Idesia Cabuyao.
This, along with their previous Idesia township projects in Dasmariñas and Lipa, is an offspring of their joint venture.
The 3.87-hectare modern Asian-inspired community, comprising a total of 276 units, showcases the common theme among the Idesia township projects: an elevated sense of community and Japanese expertise.
Idesia Cabuyao offers two house designs—the Yama (townhouse units) and the Sora (single-attached units)—for both investors and home buyers.
