Real estate player Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI) recently welcomed the latest franchise of Kenny Rogers Roasters restaurant at the 12-hectare Eton Centris in Quezon City.
This is the 107th Kenny Rogers Roasters restaurant of the chain in the Philippines. The store is known for its best-tasting rotisserie chicken, which spans its branches all over the Philippines.
Since Eton Properties’ leasing business has been an essential segment in 2021, this year, the company plans to add more leasable area within the year, while aiming to activate some of its remaining raw lands across the country for development.
Eton Properties is the real estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group. At the ribbon-cutting were Eton executive director Kyle Ellis Tan (third from left) and Kenny Rogers’ business development director Petter Danila (fourth from left).
