Bike lane violators

A traffic officer writes a ticket to a motorbike user as the Quezon City government, in collaboration with the Green Transport Office-DPOS, issues tickets for motorists who use the city’s Bike Lanes, which is only for bicycles,  E-bikes, and E-scooters.
