Health workers and other progressive groups hold a protest rally in front of the Department of Health office in Manila on Monday as they continue to demand the immediate release of their benefits from the government. The Department of Budget and Management has released an additional P888.12 million to cover another round of special risk allowances for health workers but the amount has yet to be downloaded to hospitals.
