Artificial coral reefs are lined up on the beaches of Rosario, Cavite on Tuesday. About 4,000 of these reefs were installed from 2008 as the Rosario local government and Bantay Dagat teamed up with volunteer environmentalists for the benefit of local fishermen, who used to employ blast fishing.
