Taal Volcano emits thick smoke as seen from the shores of Cavite on Monday morning, while Kanlaon Volcano in Negros also shows a plume of fumes. Taal is on Alert Level 2 while Kanlaon is still on Alert Level 1, Phivolcs said Monday.
