A total of 16 members of private armed groups under former Parang, Maguindanao Mayor Ibrahim P. Ibay — six headed by Abdul Moniem Ali aka Walad Ali and ten under Ambie Anso Bansil aka Mama Abo — surrender high-powered firearms and ammunition on Thursday to the PNP Criminal Investigation Group at the Regional Field Unit at PC Hill, Cotabato City under CIDG Director P/MGen. Albert Ignatius D. Ferro.
