Jones Bridge fireworks

Colorful fireworks sparkle on the famous Jones Bridge during the new year celebration in Manila on Friday a little past midnight. The historic, decades-old passageway derives its name from American legislator William Atkinson Jones, principal author of the law that gave rise to the Philippine independence from the US.
