A commuter avails himself of Beep cards given out for free at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange on Friday, October 9, 2020. President Rodrigo Duterte and the Department of Transportation required the company producing Beep cards to dole out the cards as a form of public service in this time of the virus pandemic.
